The daughter of refugees. A parent of four. An educator, scientist, and public servant. My journey taught me that opportunity can change the course of a life—and public education made that possible for me.
That's why I've dedicated my career and public service to fighting for every student's chance to learn, belong, and thrive.

I don't back down from tough challenges. I fight for transparent leadership, strong public schools, fiscal responsibility, and opportunities for every student to succeed. Whether it's demanding accountability, supporting educators, or standing up for students and families, I believe our schools deserve leaders who ask hard questions, tell the truth, and get results.
